Cancellations Policy

Whilst we always hope you are looking forward to your holiday and will have a fab stay, we know that sometimes things can go wrong, so please note if you find yourself in a position where you cannot go on your holiday, please see our cancellation policy below:

If it is 30 days or more prior to check in we will of course cancel your booking and will refund any monies paid other than £25.00 which is a non refundable deposit, this is to help cover our administration costs as we will need to re market the dates  and have less time to fill them.

If it is 30 – 7 days prior to check in and the holiday has been fully paid, then we are happy to allow you to move your dates forward to a more suitable time.

If it is less than 7 days then we will try to get another booking in and if we can get a new booking, then we are happy to move your dates forward to a more suitable time.
