  Nice stay. Clean and good value for money. The directions were accurate and helpful. The music from the bar close by could be heard late into the night.

The instruction manual was comprehensive and very useful. Hot water and the shower was great. WiFi was very good. We booked the place mainly because of the near by electric charging unit but couldn't get it to work and had to drive to the near by Osprey Charging Station. Aside these minor challenges, I will say that our stay was generally good and would book our stay with them the next time that we are visiting Hemsby.

  We had a lovely stay with our children, few minor issues that got resolved very quickly, excellent mattress in main bedroom, comfortable furniture, felt very homely. Would definitely go back.

The mirror in the bedroom was on the floor with the old nails still on the wall.
