Cancellation policy
When you book, you choose one of two options at checkout — so where you stand if plans change is always down to the choice you made, in black and white.
Non-refundable
Our best price
- You pay our standard price — no extra cost for flexibility.
- If you cancel, no refund is issued.
- Plans shifting? You can still move your booking to new dates up to 7 days before arrival (any price difference for the new dates is added to your balance).
Free cancellation
+10% of the stay price
- Cancel up to 3 days before arrival and everything you've paid is refunded, except the £25 deposit.
- Cancelling less than 3 days before arrival isn't refunded.
- You can also move your dates. A change made less than 3 days before arrival keeps your booking but ends the refund option — one further date change is still included.
The deposit is non-refundable as it covers admin and re-marketing your dates. Please contact Laura on bookings@norfolkchalets.co.ukif you ever need to cancel. We'll always do our best to help.
