  Lovely stay, clean tidy and easy to check in and out. Walking distance ti the beach, local shops and put within 15 mins once you found the way Thanks.

  Lovely property. Clean and well equipped. Easy to find with clear instructions. Great location for the beach and exploring Norfolk. Perfect destination for a weekend get away.

  Communication prior to our stay was great. Dirty trays and thick dust under the bed wasn’t a great start to our stay. The dust triggered my sons asthma through the... read more first night. The cleaning fee was thankfully refunded after my complaint. The hot water was an issue and very quickly turns cold in the shower. The emergency contact was ignored for an hour when contacted, this is not good enough. My son also got injured on their UNSAFE bunk bed. Firstly, the mattress on the top bunk didn’t fit the base, making the gaps in the bunk bed exposed, dangerous for a child to use. My son got injured and cut from an unsafe screw on the ladder down from the top bunk. 3 screws matched and 1 was about 4cm long, leading to it loosening (after one use) and becoming dangerous (sticking out), resulting in my son cutting his bottom with a 6-7cm welt/scratch. On the last day, we got electric shocks whilst using the ‘new’ shower, so unsafe. Marks blasé attitude was shocking to the dangerous bunk bed.

The chalet was compact but absolutely great for our stopover.... read more Winterton on sea was completely dog friendly - beach, cafes, pubs you name it your canine family member is more than welcome! We saw wild seals while at the beach at Winterton and had great fun at Hemsby!
